For stores
Shops and warehouses
How a store lists its shops, showrooms, warehouses and outlets in Leitagu, what shoppers see, and how the Leitagu team fills them in from public information for the store to confirm.

A store can list the places where shoppers can see its products or collect an order. Shoppers see them on the store's page in the catalogue and on each of the store's product pages.
What a location says
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Kind | Shop (a shop or showroom), warehouse (a warehouse or pick-up point) or outlet |
| Name | What the store calls it, such as "Tartu kauplus". Optional |
| Address and city | Required. Shoppers get a map link to the address |
| Opening hours | As the store writes them, such as "E–R 10–19, L 10–16" |
| Phone and email | Optional |
| Products on display | Shoppers can see products here |
| Orders collected | Orders can be picked up here |
A store can have up to 30 locations.
Where stores manage them
In the partner app, Settings → Kauplused ja laod. Store owners add, change and remove locations; members see them. Every change is in the audit log.
Filled in by Leitagu, confirmed by the store
So that a store doesn't start from nothing, the Leitagu team can enter its locations from public information, such as the contact page of its website. The team does this in the partner app (staff open any store) or through the assistant tools store_add_location and store_update_location, which keep a note of where the information came from.
- A location the Leitagu team entered is marked "Leitagu lisas avalikest allikatest, kinnita" in the partner app, and shoppers see that Leitagu gathered it from the store's website.
- The store confirms it with "Kinnita", or by saving a change. From then on it is the store's own.
- When the Leitagu team changes a location the store has confirmed, it stays the store's.
What shoppers see
- The store's page (
/catalogue/store/<slug>) lists every location: name and kind, the address with a map link, opening hours, phone, and whether products are on display or orders can be collected there. - A product's page lists the same, and marks a shop "see toode on siin väljas" (this product is on display here) when the product is on display in that city. Which products are on display where still comes from the product's display cities: the source's own, or the data connection's settings.
- The data connection's settings show the store's location next to each city, so a stock city or display city matches a real place.
Planned
- Stock per location, such as Mööbliait's "Tartu ladu, Tallinna kauplus (näidis)", read from the store's product pages.
- Locations as the choice for display and stock instead of a city.
